Seller response: Hello, The refund should have been issued. I will review my records to verify. The address associated with the shipment is not correct please contact customer support to verify this. You’ll need to update your “shipping address” in your account. The address associated with this sale is still as it was initally. I can not create a shipping label because that address is not valid, I print labels here through bonanza shipping creator but it cannot verify the address so i cannot print it . I cannot change the address myself. Bonanza support will help you with any questions you may have regarding this process. Im terribly sorry about all of this. Bonanza does advises sellers to only ship to verifide addresses. I cannot ship to a coorected address that I recive in a message, it has to be correct during the pruchase and cannot be altred after on my end.
