Have no control over the United States Post Office.If it came late blame them not the seller. Once it leaves my hands and the post office takes over they are in charge. If you want something faster you have to payy for the over night delivery charge whick is three times the price of that $12 AIRPLANE. I made shure the item would arrive in perfect condition as bubble wrap and a box. You got the item and itwas in perfect condition. You have to have patiences when dealing with the USPS and the Covid 19 eperdemic. You are complaining about a $12 item that if you find anywhere elese will coast a lot more. The date that I put down for estamated delivery is the date the post office puts on my reseit. Don't blame me complain to the USPS. I send as fast as I can and insure the item for loss or damage through Paypal insurance. If your item was delayed in shipping you should use the tracking number that I supplied you from the USPS. And about this being the second time compplain to the post office as you never shopped with me before this vblame the other shop like you blame me for the USPS iI am not lible for the time it takes read my shipping rule all I claim is that I ship with in 5 Business days and how long it takes from the USPS is not my fault. Do not blame me your rating is unfair so from now on don't shop on my site. |

The problem was beyond my control. I worked with you to correct the error that was made by bonanza. Sorry you were not pleased with my service. But you got what you ordered. A Negative is a strong mark. If you were not pleased you should have told me to cancel the order and not reorder. |
