Unfortunately at the time, Bonanza was not my main selling portal as it is now, and I missed this communication. I do have good knowledge of the parts I sell, however, I will not be able to diagnose all issues and at the end of the day the buyer is responsible for their own vehicle and should research accordingly. |

I am an honest seller of used auto parts for over 20 years. I know the parts I sell, guarantee them with refund or replace, and will also provide guidance on fitment or installation if needed. I also have 3 days handling time on all my listings, and additionally the postal system is often delayed, especially around the holidays. If your first reaction to a shipment being a few days late is to leave a negative review, respectfully I would prefer you take your business elsewhere. In addition, this seller messaged me three times the same day as leaving this review, leaving no time for me to respond to the issue.
