1 star user feedback The HP OEM toner were marketed as original from HP but they are not. They are knock-offs and not original HP devices. They do not authenticate in my HP printer. DO NOT DO BUSINES WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!! MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID!!! Seller response: All OEM cartridges we are selling is under warranty and you could contact HP and get replacement quickly.We replaced your Magenta toner cartridge.
This feedback has been edited. Details 1 star user feedback I received the three color toner cartridges The toner cartridges came in HP genuine boxes. I've installed all three cartridges in printer and they do not work. The colors on printed white pages are defective. Won't print red. I need 3 new replacnt.
