1 star user feedback At this time, I will not even give this transaction a partial star. Bonanza and Zoom have scammed their way into my wallet and I feel so violated. Since 11/30 purchase, I've gotten no delivery and no update from Zoom and Bonanza.Should I say scam!!!? Seller response: Hello, we apologize for the extreme inconvenience and ridiculous delay you had to experience. Because of the extensive amount of orders we received in a very short period of time due to the Christmas Holiday season, things didn’t go as expected and we encountered issues in sourcing the required amount of stock to fulfill the orders immediately. This was a big mess up in our end and we’ve definitely learned from this. As of now we’ve got our things together and your order has already been shipped out. You should have already been updated with the tracking information for it, if not you’ll get it shortly. Your package should be delivered within 5-7 business days from now. We apologize for this extreme inconvenience once again, this will not happen with orders in the future. Thanks.
