Buyer beware of purchasing from DROTUMDIO_Health_PUB I was told my order had shipped when I called shipper they had received a label but no merchandise HUGE THANK YOU TO BONANZA HELP DESK for pushing seller to answer my email & refund my money

Seller response:
Product was out but we drop-shipped it rather than cancel buyer's order. A cologne spray was shipped instead of an after shave lotion. Buyer returned shipment to dropshipper without notifying us. We asked for tracking number to let us know when the product is delivered so that we could issue full refund. But buyer did not sent any. We reached out to the dropshipper after waiting in vain for the tracking number. They acknowledged receipt of returned item. We immediately issued full refund. PayPal resolution center mediated the whole process. |
