We apologize that the customer is unhappy with her purchase. Buyer purchased item "Voltron Legendary Defender 5 Basic Lion Figures" with description "figures do not transform or fit together." Upon receipt, buyer opened and escalated a Paypal case immediately, saying because our listing appeared on Google when she searched "Voltron Legendary Lions", we were falsely advertising our item as the ones that transform. Although will gladly take a return, discretionary returns (such as not reading the description) are the responsibility of the buyer.
