Hello, thanks for replying. We’ve been having numerous complaints bout this issue and we reached out to Fitbit about it. Apparantly this is an ongoing issue with the recent update on the Fitbit app and the tech department are looking into it and working for a fix around. We request you to please hold on to them for a while until we give u an update on it. Thank you

Well, looks like you clearly didn't read the description of the listing. It's very clearly mentioned that it is only the pebble (which is the main tracker unit) and it doesn't include the wristband and the charger on the description.
