Because of the extensive amount of orders we received in a very short period of time due to the Christmas Holiday season, things didn’t go as expected and we encountered issues in sourcing the required amount of stock to fulfill the orders immediately. This was a big mess up in our end and we’ve definitely learned from this. As of now we’ve got our things together and your order has already been shipped out. Well, looks like you clearly didn't read the description of the listing. It's very clearly mentioned that it is only the pebble (which is the main tracker unit) and it doesn't include the wristband and the charger on the description. So it is definitely not misleading. The shipment is done from within US and the delay in shipping of your order was only due to temporary inventory issues at that moment which are now fixed so all current orders are getting shipped on time. We apologize for the incovenience and delay you faced. |
