Good morning, I’m trying to see if I understand your question? 1- says the collars are broken? We are an honest company and we have been selling official bayer products. In the last 2 years, we have sold more than 20000 collars to USA, and we have never had any complaints about broken collars: 2. Do you say that collars caused problems in your cats? How could he have put the collars, if they say they were broken ??? It does not make much sense, does it? About the allergies to your cats, this situation, it seems to me possible. As you know as pets or humans, any product can have different reactions, I can take a certain tablet and not be allergic, another person can take the same tablet and be allergic. I think it’s strange having happened to all your beloved kittens, this is not normal. In this case, and in view of the concern of his dear animals, he did very well to have consulted his veterinarian. I have 2 cats at home, and one of them is also allergic to these collars, the other one accepts the collar, for cats with allergy to leash, I advise the use of pipettes. In conclusion, the way you put all these issues, it seems to me that you bought products from someone who was not from our company. Our company has many customers in the US including stores in the USA that buy us large quantities to sell there. As I said, we have almost 100% positive feedbacks from our various online stores. And we are proud of the success we have for countries such as: USA, Israel, Brazil, Germany and UK. Here's the facts - I bought the collars from your shop, upon opening the plastic bag the collar is in was torn open, because these took so long to arrive, I tempted fate and put them on my cats. All 4 cats got a chemical burn. Im confused as to why you wont even consider a refund, due to the broken seals. you should put 'no refunds' in your store description. the only thing you suggest is sending back to Bayer, so where is your accountability? not worth the savings for a seresto collar. In fact, the way ive been treated, it feels like a scam. |
