l am so sorry about your feeling but it is not my company fault ..you bought jully 13..we was shipping jully 14..so international shipping sometimes take more time..it is so bad for me too..Usually it would take 10-15 business days to received the package. But we have seen that very few packages got stuck at customs for 2-3 days If they are busier than usual. So technically It wont take more than 8-15 days to receive it..l check again your package.. soon it will be there..( few days) l hope your feeling change when you see item..and we put extra prop money for gift..have a great day...
