This product was sold on 1.19.17 and today is 2.14.17 a week shy of a month from the original purchase date. We have paperwork to validate the Royal Peach Palettes authenticity. Needless to say there is no record on file of any complaints from you regarding your purchase. If you where unhappy with your purchase you could have sent the palette back for a FULL Refund no questions asked. One thing we stand behind is our integrity, we sincerely apologize that you where unhappy with your purchase, as we wish we would have known sooner so that we could have came to an amicable solution. If there's a problem that exist rather it's cosmetic related or relationship related if you never make your concerns known no one can help you. |

Hello thank you for taking a few moments to leave us feedback for some feedback is better than no feedback. Your order was cancelled when you opened a case via paypal on 1/23 which prompted an immediate refund and cancellation of your order. Please see Paypal notes: Status After careful consideration, this case has been decided in the buyer's favor. Once the case was closed and your refund was engaged there was no longer an order, which is why you didn't receive the Palette. We sincerely apologize that somewhere along the lines there was a mishap in communication, but based on our records there was 1 order placed from you, which was in the process of being fulfilled when Paypal dispute came knocking and became a priority. We sincerely understand this was a gift, but we hope that you understand a financial dispute is like a subpoena, and is taken very seriously on part. We hope that you where able to find the "Sold Out" product, and where able to meet your daughters wishes. |
