1 star user feedback I got my money back, but from the time I ordered til I got my refund (because they sent the wrong shipment and then didn't send the right one), I wasted about a month. Seller response: Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We did have a lot of communication back and forth about this order and I am truly sorry that the mistake was made. Just so everyone knows the situation, a team member here accidentally switched 2 customers' orders. The one that was meant for the customer above was sent to someone else and was the last that we had in stock. I couldn't send her order again until we got them back from the other party, and they took a long time to send it to us. If we had more, I would have replaced it the same day but we didn't have more. When she asked for a refund, I sent it within minutes and would have been happy to send it at any point if she wanted me to. I'm sorry for this and be assured the team member was held accountable for the mistake as well and it will not happen again.
