I am sorry for your experience with the software installation, I tried to email you to help you resolve your issue but I still have not gotten a response. Right after installing there is a need to update the software also sometimes if there is another version of Microsoft previously installed on your computer it can cause issues too, which I help you remove both and the correct one . I have refunded your money and offered to give you the Business version of Office with 1 year License as a complimentary gift but still no response from you. I do not like customers to leave feeling unhappy and unsatisfied with their transaction so please get back to me when you can. Thanks again. |

Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience but I do offer refunds, I do urge customers if they have questions to please message us that we will fix the problem or issue a refund if requested. In the case that it crashed for you is because Microsoft Office needs to be updated after installing it. You can update it automatically or through the Microsoft website. Regards
