Hi, dear friend, you already left us a negative feedback, and it is really make us sad :-( we checked and your parcel is still in transit, you will receive it in very short time, and i really hope you will change your feedback for good, you must understand that we ship our all our products from outside USA, so sometimes there are some logistic delays that do not depends on us, but finally all will receive their parcels! please understand that after order is confirmed we need 5 business days to ship the item out, and after that we are depending on the logistic companies, sometimes items arrive in 5-8 days, and sometimes it can take 15-22 business days, we are still very sorry for those troubles, and we really hope you can understand that. we are always here for you! thank you.
