Original item was lost in the mail, buyer claimed missing parts and item not functioning properly from beginning. Buyer found alleged missing part when I was adamant I had sent it,Attempted some support but that was going nowhere, and I agreed to accept return and supply return postage. Buyer returned items thrown loose in a box no packing of any sort, hard drive with out it box for a 2000+ mile USPS trip. I still refunded buyer...but when I called buyer out on the condition of my products, specifically the hard drive, I was given unbelievable excuses and after I again called them out on that, I was called an a..hole. At that point I stopped corresponding with buyer. As far as being rude I never one belittled or accused buyer of anything. I merely pointed out their disregard for other peoples belongings. As for the the returned product, the console had an incorrect USER setting and once set correctly worked as all the others I have sold do.
