This is completely untrue! I gave him his tracking # through Bonanza. User sent me back the Jersey after he received it and even after everything was fine with it I still granted his refund. I am not sure what he is speaking of as I always have 100% communication and answer all my mails within a few hours. Thank you for your business! |

The Jerseys were on backorder and I apologized that there was an issue with her order. They are on their way and I have offered a full refund when she returns them to me. With the amount of orders that I do I missed that hers wasn't shipped. I am only a few days past the 15 days shipping time. Again all apologies for the lateness. |

I kept the seller in Communication with what the issues were. This Jersey was a hot item and sold out from a supplier. These come direct from the factory that is why they are so cheap. I agree that it did take sometime but the communication to the seller was stellar and the product is on its way to them. These things happen, not often but they do, I do apologize for the issue and offered a refund upon return of the Jerseys.
