It doesn't take 2 weeks to ship a package from Fort Gaines, GA to Charlotte, NC! I'm highly pissed and demand my money back if not here this week!

fter several emails customer decided to leave negative feed back. We offered a full refund and asked what else we could do to correct the mistake.. Nothing was mis-leading from original add. Add was updated after this customer ordered item. When customer did not want refund we offered to upgrade his product but only after he sent original item back. Customer did not want to send original item back. We at Becci's World tried everything in our power to please this customer. When customer became violent in his emails we stopped communication. We at Becci's World strive at customer satisfaction. We feel we did all we could to please the customer and customer refused our help. |
