I have tested it on Sigma 28-80mm AF lens and it did not fit. It seems to be older model, posibly Manual focus 35-70mm, 28-70mm or 28-80mm lens. I would rate it at 8 out of 10. The item has some signs of cosmtic wear from use, but is fully operational and functions as intended. It will be shipped without any accessories just as pictured.
