Red Yard Long Pole Bean (Vigna unguiculata), also known as Red Chinese Noodle, will grow to be extraordinarily long, ranging 16" - 22". Technically a cowpea, these beans will be stringless and sweet, the healthy vigorous plants will be high yielding and prolific. Excellent fresh, steamed, and stir-fried. The garnet color will fade when cooked. Thrives in hot, humid climates
