I started making my own magnetic clasps because I couldn't find one strong enough or one that wasn't glued into the casing which eventually falls out. These are magnetic through and through, no glue, nothing to come apart, these will not break. The heavy duty lobster claws are wire wrapped on for security. These are NOT for fine and/or VERY light weight necklaces. The magnetic clasps should not get wet or come into contact with chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, etc. Choose between two strengths: very strong: for average weight necklaces. 6mm magnets are used. super strong: for heavy necklaces, these are so strong that they are difficult to pull apart. 8mm magnets are used. The quantity of clasps is also selected in the first drop down box. Next choose how many lobster claws are wanted on each clasp, none, on one end, or on both ends.
