Basket is signed on the bottom. I know this is a 2009 basket yet its signed 2010.
Basket measures approx 13"d x 10"h (including handle) 4" without handle.
Includes basket, Riser and plastic protector. This item includes the Stars and Stripes Tie and Fabric Basket Ring. SUPER CUTE. Hard to find.
