The December 1931 issue focuses on Holiday and Christmas recipes; the August-Sept 1936 issue has lovely articles on Wells in garden landscaping with numerous photographs; Aug-Sept 1934 has articles on fireplaces with photographs; and Aug-Sept 1931 has an article on Mexican breads and on a 'dream kitchen'. Each one of these issues is chock-full of fascinating food facts, special recipes, and charming advertisements of gadgets for food, kitchen, and home use. All four issues are perfect-bound with plain spines. Dec '31 Aug-Sept 1934 have mild chipping to the lower spine ends, Aug-Sept '31 and '34 have mild creases to the lower cover corners, all three issues except Dec 31 are very good plus; Dec 31 has a minor thumb-print stain to lower cover edge, mild wear to the spine, some small uniform chipping from the upper page fore-edges, else good and quite sound.
