30 Days Return Policy Overview
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received. You must also include:
All packaging such as boxes, and tags, certificates, manuals, and warranty cards.
“New with tags” items must be unworn, with original tags intact, and in original packaging.
Items that aren’t in the condition in which they were received, including signs of wear, scratch or resizing, can’t be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, alteration or damage in any way, will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don’t, you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account by Bonanza.
