For sale is only cover. Record is not included.
Cover looks OK. I see some spots on the left side (to the left from Elvis's face), it seems to be fungus or mold. Hard to say for sure. Please look at the pictures above.
All edges are covered by a tape. For me cover looks nice, considering it's age. Album cover is more then 70 years old, so I would say it looks good for it's age. I have made lots of pictures, so you can get approximate condition the condition of a cover.
Again, for sale is only an album cover, LP is not included in this sale.
