We will gladly issue a refund or replacement for defective or damaged items. All other items are handled on a case by case basis. Please notify us as soon as possible. All returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
