Decal is appx 6 inches wide and 4 inches tall. They are made to go on the outside of a window, bumper, fender etc, can be made to go on the inside upon request (inside application will make it harder to see from the outside, especially if you have tinted windows). The pictures show the decal in white with a green line, if you choose a different color the white shown in the pictures will be that color and the line will still be green. If you are putting it on a vehicle window a lighter color works best. Darker colors do not show up very well on vehicle windows, even if they are not tinted. It will come with the green stripe regardless of what color you choose. Can be applied to any smooth surface, there is no background, the surface the decal is applied to will be the background. The US Flag shown in the background is not part of the decal, there is no background. Made of high quality 5~7 year vinyl, that will not fade or crack, the NEON colors are meant to be used indoors and will fade quickly if applied outdoors in the weather. Once applied do not scrape ice or use high pressure directly on the sticker, normal car washes are ok.
