That said, I want you to be completely happy! If your item arrives with a major manufacturing defect, is incorrect, or was clearly damaged in transit by the postal carrier, I will gladly manufacture and ship a replacement product to make it right!

Please keep in mind that 3D printing is fundamentally a mechanical process, and as a result, minor cosmetic variations or small layer line inconsistencies can naturally occur. Rest assured, I maintain a very high standard for my shop and will strive to never let any item leave my workspace that I wouldn’t proudly buy and display myself.
