The rigid ” twisted brass wire wraps around the neck so that the scalloped plate lays comfortably across the chest like a beautiful bib – which also makes it wearable by a body of any shape or size!
The decorated portion measures 8” x 2” and is slightly domed. It is in excellent vintage condition.
