Vintage and used animated mechanical figures may have scratches, scrapes, chips, dings, fading, etc. They may also have been repainted or repaired at some point. I am fully aware of what it takes to repair and restore a vintage or used animated mechanical figure and if the figure has any of these flaws, chances are I am fully aware of this, so pointing out the flaws and what it takes to fix them is not necessary, and pointing them out won?t lower the price any. Now for the description: I am selling a vintage animated mechanical Christmas store display 1960?s folk art life sized seated Santa Claus. This may be a one of a kind homemade figure. It has 2 separate motors, one for the arm raise, and another for the head turn. Its feet/legs and shoes are flexible and can be moved to make moving it easier. Much of the figure looks like this was hand built and may have been made by an individual and not a regular display manufacturer. This sold as shown and since its vintage, along with the motors, no warranty is available. This would be great as a creepy Halloween display, or as is Santa Claus for Christmas. We have other items for sale. Due to its sized it?s available for local pickup only. Pickup is available from Ada. Oklahoma. We suggest a shipper from UShip as your best option for shipping if you can?t come to pick up in person.
