EXTREMELY RARE First edition, First Issue. One of the best-selling Children's books of all time. Both the Book and original Box are in incredible collector's condition. This is the FIRST ISSUE with the Squeaky Ball and Mirror Pages, not the more common Second Issue which replaced the Ball with a Button Box and the Mirror with Scratch-and-Sniff Flowers (SEE PICTURES). This is an exceptionally scarce Book with all pages, including the smaller "Judy's Book", and Box complete and in amazing condition. Top left flap is separated but included in the box (came off after taking pictures). Illustrated with interactive materials such as "Pat the Bunny" white bunny fur and a "Feel Daddy's scratchy face". This will be shipped fully insured requiring Identification and Signature upon delivery. Please advise if you have a shipper preference, otherwise Book will be shipped at Sellers' discretion.
