Ando Japanese Cloisonné Tile 75th and 49 similar items

Tile might be named ?Seven Treasures of Ando? or it might have been the name of the seller - and we assume it?s a tile as it is framed. On back Google Translate seems to tell us the maker is Ando. See photos as we tried our best to obtain as much information as possible. What we do know is this was a presentation (to/for whom we have no idea) in honor of Matsumoto Medical Instruments, Inc?s 75th Anniversary in 1988. We also know that the money spent honoring companies - particularly medical and technology - was over the top in most anything done. It would not surprise us if this was an original tile from who knows how long ago or a tile commissioned from an extremely prominent artist (as Ando appears to be). This tile could have been created in 1913 to match the age of the company. We just don?t know. What we found were actual vases with similar subject matter (dragon) and the prices of those are in the thousands. We are asking what we feel is a fair amount based on the little we do know and will consider all reasonable offers.
