This is Janae and Melissa, created by Miss Martha Holcombe Root in her All God's Children collection. The skillfully handcrafted figurines are dated, numbered, and signed in the resin. These figurines depict children at bath time. Janae is sitting in a round wash tub and Melissa is holding a rubber ducky and wrapped in her bath towel. The 2 figurines included in this listing are: Janae, Item #1594, Edition #25, Year 1997 Melissa, Item #1556, Edition #6, Year 1992 Janae is approximately 2-3/4" diameter x 3-1/2" tall. Melissa is approximately 3" long x 2-1/4" wide x 5" tall. Good Condition. There may be imperfections because of the hand crafted nature of each piece. There may be some light scratches, but there is nothing that catches my attention to distract from the charming beauty of these figurines.
