Purchases made over a period of 15 days may be held for combined shipping upon request. Unless you request to have your order held, we expect payment within four days from the date of purchase. Items not paid within four days may be canceled at our discretion. Buyers who do not pay for purchases may be blocked at our discretion.
We will ship your order with 1 business day except when we are on vacation.
Purchases in the US that include only items valued $20 or less and with an order total value of $50 or less will be shipped with tracking and insurance using the Standard Envelope.
Orders that include items sold for $20.01 or more, but less than $50 total value will be shipped with tracking in the US, and without insurance unless insurance and/or tracking are requested by the buyer. These items are shipped at the risk of the buyer unless insurance/tracking is added for an additional cost. If the item is lost or damaged during shipping the buyer agrees not to open a claim with.
Orders shipped to an address outside the US with a total value of less than $50 will be shipped at the buyer's risk unless additional insurance and tracking are purchased. If the item is lost or damaged the buyer agrees not to open a claim with.
All orders over $50 total value will be shipped with tracking and insurance within the U.S. and to outside the U.S. If shipping/handling charges collected at the time of purchase are not sufficient to cover the cost of tracking and insurance the seller will instruct you how to purchase additional coverage and/or how to pay for tracking. For example, if you purchase three items for $20 each (total order value of $60), you will be required to pay for additional shipping/handling and insurance.
We have implemented these policies because we want to offer you the most economical shipping possible, but because of a recent upswing in lost item cases with, we thought it was best to provide details regarding our shipping policies.
