We have the original studio 35mm film slide in our archive and we scan directly from this source to obtain the very highest quality scan to print from. The 4x6 inch size represents the entire image with no cropping. Often an image is cropped to 8x10 size and some of the frame is lost. With this 4x6 inch photograph you get the full complete image printed on silver halide Fuji photographic paper in our own lab.
