RETURN POLICY:

We sell quality products but if for some reason they don’t meet your project needs, please contact us 507-289-0836. Prior return authorization from Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. is required and must be done within 20 days from customer’s order being shipped out. Item must be unused, in original condition, in original boxes, complete, and with all packing materials.

Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. retains the right to implement a restocking charge up to 10% on return of unused metal bending tools, metal stampings, metal, and/or Kosy items. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Wrought Iron Handicrafts. Inc. retains the right to refuse return if requirements are not met. If a return is refused, Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. may return the product(s) back to the customer at customer’s expense. If a return is missing some item(s)/part(s) – those item(s)/part(s) will be charged to the customer.

Since tool changes/upgrades may be implemented at any time, used tools, used metal stampings, used metal, and/or used Kosy items may not be returned.
