The case has scratches, scuffs, stains as well as a missing latch, tape holding one side of the top lid together, and it is discolored and dirty from age and use. Someone's name is written on the inside of the lid.

As for the tester itself, it has scratches, scuffs, rust and someone's name tag on it. The crank still pulls out as it should and turns just fine. The dial does move as the tester is moved. I know nothing about this tool so I am selling as is, as found. No returns!
