This more than lilkely has a failing Power Supply as you have to unplug it and hold the test / reset on the power supply and plug in the power to get it to fire back up
Once on works just fine have not noticed any overheating just the issue from a cold start or shutdown and restart if it is just a cycle restart it is fine

Dell Windows 7 Pro has been reinstalled YOUR responsibility to upgrade or install your own OS / Software

This was Part of Office Closures and was Left Behind
