Vintage original 8x10 in. US double-weight matte publicity photograph from the popular 1930's dancing- and ice cream-themed drama/romance, HAVE A HEART, released in 1934 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) and directed by David Butler. Sally (Jean Parker) sits by her window earning money for an operation so she can be a dance teacher again. Jimmie (James Dunn) is an ice cream salesman hoping to advance. Their romance is sidetracked when she uses her savings to help him in a fix. The cast includes Una Merkel, Stuart Erwin, Willard Robertson, Samuel S. Hinds, Paul Page, Muriel Evans, and Kate Price.
The image features a medium shot of the film's star, Jean Parker, inside of her dressing room as she holds a heart-shaped chocolate-covered piece of ice cream on a stick along with a card with the films title, which could have been for a fund-raiser due to the "5-cent" notation on it. It is in very fine- condition with light signs of wear on the corners.
