This 7"x 9" cherry-finished plaque contains three cards of former Chicago Bears star William "The Refrigerator" Perry, including a card showing his Super Bowl touchdown, and a black engraved plate.  The cards are mounted in snap-tite card holders.  The tops of the snap-tites were removed for the photograph to prevent glare.

The cards may vary and can be changed.
