This lamp reminds me of the Enesco Rose Bud Design on dishes and other breakable items.  When the chimney is removed it is marked "JAPAN" on the bottom edge of the chimney base.  There is a place or two where the gold stripe has a spot missing but otherwise is in good condition with no chips or cracks.  At one point I collected kerosene lamps but I never lit this one.  It is 7 3/4 inches tall.  The oil part is 5 1/4 inches long.  The metal parts are in good condition as well.
