For your consideration, here is a 1921 Broadway Hazelwood Restaurant Christmas Menu from Portland, Oregon. It measures 6 by 9 1/2 inches. It has some small creases on the spine edge. There are a couple of small spots on the fly page. The middle section has some tanning from the tassel cord. There is a light stain on the back cover top edge also.
