TY COMMEMORATIVE BEANIE

This sale is for the very rare and highly collectible sports commemorative beanie; HIPPIE, the tie-dye rabbit. A limited number were given out during the June 18th, 1999 game between the Minnesota Twins and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. She comes complete with the commemorative card, ticket stub, and Twins schedule for that year. The beanie herself is a beautiful blend of pastel pinks, greens and yellows, with her stomach area being nearly neon yellow. Much more beautiful in real life! She is mint with mint tags and has several desirable tag errors.

1. She has a 1998 hang tag and a 1999 tush tag.

2. The spelling of Gosport is incorrectly spelled Gasport inside the hang tag.

3. There is a space between the last word of her poem, and the exclamation point.

She is collectible and considered sports memorabilia, so she will only increase in value as time goes on. Her hang tag will come to you in a plastic, clamshell protector, and the ticket stub, commemorative card and schedule will come to you in a thick, protective, plastic shield.
