We do not issue refunds on items damaged in shipping, insurance claim will need to be filed. Returns are limited to only items that have been proven to be not in the condition stated in the description when sold and shipped as we take photos of all items as they are shipped so they are as described if they are damaged in shipment that is what they are damaged in shipment and a claim will need to be filed against the shipping/handling carrier not us, as we are not responsible for any mishandling of a package or item once it is shipped it becomes the responsibility/liability of the shipping carrier and if they have damaged it a claim must be filed with them as they are responsible for the damage. Also, slight color variations can occur from one monitor to another and can not be used to say that an item is not as described. If you are returning because the color is not as you thought, the reason will be considered as buyer's remorse. Item must be verified as our ID'd merchandise. Any item listed with flaws, box wear and other problems that are clearly stated in description will not be accepted for returns. Merchandise that is stated sold "as is" will not be accepted for returns. No shipping and handling charges will be refunded. Buyer must pay for return shipping and for shipping the exchanged item. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items that are returned
