Item description for Exquisitely Beautiful~Vintage Wooden Rosary

This is an extremely old vintage wooden rosary~the cross is lacquered ~Jesus is on one side and then there's a round symbol of Jesus on the opposite side~ I believe the coin in the middle of the opposite side might be sterling but I'm not for sure&check;
