Midcentury Translucent & Frosted Ashtray / Decorative Bowl Signed by Daum France-Good condition-Minor light scratches on bottom
This elegant ash tray/ decorative bowl was realized by the celebrated French atelier Daum. It features a circular form with a hollowed out center adorning with an abundance of concentric circles in frosted glass- a nod to fine Art Deco design. There is an indentation around the lip of the piece intended to hold a cigarette. While this piece was likely intended as an ash tray, it is also a gorgeous decorative bowl produced by one of the finest glass makers in France's history. It would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Deco to contemporary. Good condition , with slight scratches on bottom. The piece is signed "Daum France".
