Box has been cut and mounted a little cockeyed in a white, hard plastic clamshell keepcase. Cassette has a small narrow 'rewind' sticker across the bottom edge of the label. Out Of Print in all formats and duplicated in the Superior SP mode. Pre-viewed for quality and had an occasional jitter or split second flash of a line, played fine otherwise.

David Carradine is Max, a uniformed Hollywood cop who loves a probation officer (Nancy Kwan). It's interesting that both of them made martial-arts instructional tapes and hawked them on TV after this movie was made, but anyway, this is about horrible cop-killing punks (including Griffin O'Neal and Tawny Fere) with "anarchy" painted on their jackets.

They kill at least four cops and steal a police car. No big deal. Kwan gets punched after kneeing a bad punk in the crotch. At one point they tie up Carradine, put a "pig" sign around his neck, and make him play Russian roulette. It's pretty unbelievable.
