Flying our colors

This item is not a top of the line quality but with the day to day environment that a flag gets used it it has been made to withstand that environment. It is lightweight nylon that will dry out easily when it gets moisture on it. It has held it colors very well. Brass grommets come attached for easy attachment to the flag pole that we have. It is made at a price point so that it can be replaced without breaking the bank. Good product

Somehow it has developed a small tear/rip about 5 inches within the lower left area under the blue field of stars; The wind in this area is constant so I display it only during the daylight hours and not during periods of inclement weather; would have like to seen it hold up better.

Light weight, but durable

Flags are of decent quality. I fly them 24/7 and they last for several months. We live in a windy area that is very hard on flags. A trick we figured out is fold about one inch of the flying end of the flag to double the thickness and sow three row of stitches across it. Flags will last much longer.

I was replacing a damaged US flag that had worn well outside, but had fallen victim to a nearby fixture that had caused hems to break and tear the fabric. The new flag as stitching that is mostly twice the count of the flag replaced. I think it will be far more resilient, but time will tell.
