We probably have plenty of these advertising jar openers.  This one is from Sun Oil advertising Sunoco Gasoline.  It is in the original packaging which is a plastic bag with a blue bow imprinted on it. It is a Power-Pal Majic jar Opener.  The opener is yellow and has the blue Sunoco Logo on it.  It measures nearly 5 inches square.  There is an insert in the envelope welcoming the customer to Sunoco and giving info on applying for a credit card.  The paper is blank on the reverse.
