This purse seems to have prong set black metal beads in a mesh like configuration.  I think the beads are enameled but I am not certain.  Where the beads are attached to the metal frame there is some enameling missing in four or five spots, although small they are there.  The closure is a ball that fits through a hole in the frame and it works well.  The frame is in nice shape. At the frame is a round eye that may have had a chain for hanging on a shoulder but it was that way when I purchased it so I don't know if something is missing.    The lining has a small stain.  It is 4 3/4 inches tall and about 7 inches across.  It has been in a smoke free home.  I am uncertain of the vintage and I don't know who made it as it is not marked.  It reminds me of a Whiting & Davis but I thought their products were signed.
